It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances C. Del Vecchio (Peel, Arkansas), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on October 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Vecchio and Lillian Del Vecchio (Scacchi); her brother Victor Dell (Ruth); and her nephew Jeffrey Dell (Patricia).
