He is survived by: his children, Tracy Tate (Roselyn) of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Rebecca Denson (Bradley) of Bryant; his stepdaughter Amy Smallwood Grizzle of Royal; his sisters, Mary Sue Bean (Bob) of Jessieville, Mable Freeman of Jessieville and Irene Chatterton of Hot Springs; and his siblings-in-law, Rodger Fendley (Micci) of Hot Springs, David Fendley (Heather) of Hot Springs and Ellen Fehler of Hot Springs. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
