He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorinzey Dow and Mattie Mae Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Wright (Doug), Shelly Troutman (Jerry), Tina Langley (Chuck) and Darryl Phillips (Eloise). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
