She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ora Martindale Sr. and Myrtle Martindale (Cleaver); her brothers, Ora Jr., Howard and Richard Martindale; her husband Rev. Joe Harvey of Pearcy; her children, Lisa Harvey of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Jon; her sister Jeanette Shaw of Hot Springs; and her grandchildren, Jeremi and Tristin Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jews for Jesus and The Wounded Warrior Project.
