It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold D. Tankersley of Pearcy, Arkansas, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Tankersley and Lecie Moore Tankersley; his son Roy Dean Tankersley; his daughter-in-law Gayle Tankersley; and his siblings, Louie Tankersley, Bill Tankersley, Rube Tankersley, Claud Tankersley, Martha Sanders, Opal Burks, Evelyn Donaldson, Ida Mattingly, Bernice Rowe and Mildred Sorrells.
He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Tankersley, Rex Allen Tankersley and Debbie Tankersley; and his sister Rachel Moore. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
