She is survived by: her parent Odis Nobles; her husband Kenith Kelley of Hot Springs; her mother Velma Nobles of Hot Springs; her sons, Larry Kelley, Regina Kelley of Pearcy, Ricky Kelley and Katrina Kelley of Royal; her siblings, Odis Duane Nobels of Hot Springs and Velma Jean Reichardt of Hot Springs; and her grandchildren, Jayden Kelley, Brianna Fernandez, Chezni Fernandez, Brooke Echols, Austin Brown, Dimon Brown and Matilyn Mansbridge. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
