He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ketchum and Emajean Thomason Ketchum; and his siblings, Billy Ketchum and Debbie Shappy. He is survived by: his brothers, Darrell Ketchum, Sr. (Charlene) of Pearcy, Jerry Ketchum of Pearcy and Ricky Ketchum (Gayle) of Jessieville; and his brothers-in-law, Pat Edington (John) of Pearcy and Steven Shappy of Pearcy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
