He was predeceased by: his parents, Boss Garner and Elouise Tabor (Gay); his stepfather Wilburn Tabor; and his siblings, Scotty Garner and Patricia Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Garner; his children, Curtis Garner (Kimberli) and Tonia Garner Vincent (Larry); and his grandchildren, Gunnar Vincent, Charli Vincent, Samantha Vincent Harris, Ericka Garrett and BJ Garrett. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
