He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Moon and Ema Leona Parrish Moon; and his sister Jenny Hawk of Tulsa. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his son Mike Moon (Alisha) of Rogers; and his grandson Reagan Moon of Rogers.
