He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Smith and Lillian Woith Smith; his wife Jayne Beekman Smith; and his siblings, Jalene Bridenbaugh, Gene Smith, Darlene Bremer, Shirley Smith, Ed Smith and Dallas Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Gregg (Regina Smith), Brian (Sarah Smith) of Bella Vista, AR and Stephanie (David Self) of Gunter, TX; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Keslee, Forrest, Carter, Remi, Saylor, Lydia, Boone, Zeke and Nora. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
