He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Buster" Lewallen and Frances Mayes Lewallen; his wife Lane Lewallen; and his sister Nancy Jean Daniels. He is survived by: his children, Mark Lewallen (Kim) of Greenwood, Laura Lewallen of Bentonville and Tracy Frick (Paul) of Sanibel, Florida; and his grandsons, Caleb Lewallen (Shelbi) of Neosho, Aaron of Shawnee, Alex Frick of Shawnee, Stephen of Greenwood, Arkansas and Landon Lewallen of Greenwood, Arkansas.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the VFW Post # 3031 (11160 N Old Wire Rd, Rogers, AR 72756).
