He was predeceased by: his father Jack Waugh; his wife Sharon Wester; his daughter Shannon (Joe); his grandchildren, Kaylah Ausmus and Kyle; his great grandchild Evie; his mother Ella Mae Thompson (McBrien); his sister Barbara (Jim Bond); and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Waugh and Bob Barnett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Dotson (David) of Rogers and Sarah Ausmus (Phillip) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his siblings, Jimmy Waugh and Patty Barnett; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Bowen (Bill) of Rogers, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
