He is survived by: his wife Janet David; his son Michael David (Tasha) of Pea Ridge; his brothers, Gary David (Barbara) of Pea Ridge and Jerry David of Bella Vista; and his grandchildren, Cooper, Cash David, Kenzie and Talon Chaffin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
