She is survived by: her children, Gina Davis (Al) of Pea Ridge, Crystal Michael (Jason) of Fort Smith and Jeff Musgrave (Amelia) of Minot. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to Circle of Life Hospice of NWA.
