He is survived by: his close friend Jearl Spencer of Payneway; his children, Kenny Milam of Etowah and Ovonne Wooten of Olive Branch, MS; his siblings, Clayton Milam of Bay, Edward Milam of Flint, MI, Ovon Bailey of Trumann and Darlette Collins of Naples, FL; his granddaughter Natasha; and his great grandchild Nisley.
