She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Leo Ferrell McNeely; her brother Leo Ferrell McNeely Jr.; her grandson Robert Miller Jr.; her mother Winnie Lee McNeely of Pumpkin Bend; her children, Ferrell Payne (Melissa) of Patterson, Wayne Payne (Carolyn) of McCrory, Melica Kendrick of McCrory, Sheila Jackson (Wayne) of Patterson and Tresia Orellana of Heber Springs; and her sisters, Oneida Williams of McCrory, Joyce James of England, Patty Nelson (James) of Pumpkin Bend and Lou Ann McNeely of Pumpkin Bend. She was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
