He is survived by: his wife Willie Jeff Rickard-Curtis of Paron, Arkansas; his children, James Shannon Curtis (Carol) of Bryant, Arkansas, Sharon Williams of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Sandra Curtis of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Zach Williams, Kristin Williams and Preston Curtis; his sister Nina Blaylock of Paron, Arkansas; and his friend James.
Due to COVID, a memorial will be held at a later date.
