He is survived by: his mother Helen Johnson Waters; his brother David Waters (Dana) of Paron, AR; his uncle Lloyd Johnson of Lexington, KY; his aunt Barbara Gilbert of Jonesboro, AR; his stepdaughter Sonya Goodwin (Kent) of Bryant, AR; his grandsons, Nick of Bryant, AR., Carter of Bryant, AR. and Preston Goodwin of Bryant, AR.; his sister-in-law Sharon Waters of Paron, AR.; and his nephews, Wendell Waters Jr. (Jessica) of New Oxford, PA, Allen Waters of Paron, AR, Billy Waters of Paron, AR, Bobby Waters of Paron, AR, Keith Waters (Lindsy) of Perryville, AR and Drew Waters (Madison) of Lono, AR. He is also survived by 4 great nephews, 4 great nieces, a host of cousins and friends.
