She is survived by: her husband William "Smiley" Howell; her mother Mary Lucille Oguin; her sons, Jonathan Hardy, Tracy of Batesville, Patrick Hardy of Conway, Tyler Reed and Mary of Conway; her stepdaughters, Melissa Sterling and Paige Ramsey; and her siblings, Eddie Oguin of Wynne, Robin Damron of Bella Vista, Diane Hodges of Kansas City and Thresa Ketchum of Wynne. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
