She is survived by: her husband Gordon Jensen; her children, Katrina Bayliss (Jack) of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Michael Nichols of Indiana, Dominick Alvarado of Las Vegas and Augustine Alvarado of Henderson, Nevada; and her siblings, Patricia Llamas (Sam) of Hesperia, California, Robert Schmitt of Charleston, Jerry Schmitt (Marilyn) of Worthington and Donald Schmitt (Shelly) of Charleston. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
