He is survived by: his wife Katie Heller (Swims); and his children, Robert Howard of Texas, Lawrence Howard of Texas, Lee Whampler of Oklahoma, John Humphrey of Paris, Phil Humphrey of Ozark, Jerry Humphrey of Oregon and Tina Summers of California. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
