He was predeceased by: his parents, Nobel Edward Williams and Ruby Mae Mason Williams; his wife Patsy Ann Phillips Williams; his siblings, Alfred Williams, Mary Robinson and Thelma Sarten; and his granddaughter Kaitlyn Thompson.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Chancey of Alma, Arkansas and Melissa Fessler (Brian Mosley) of Paris; his brothers, Johnny Williams of Ozark, Kenneth Williams of Denning and Pete Williams of Alix, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Amber Ross and Taylor Bean; and his great grandchildren, Daniel Ross, Jackson Ross, Sawyer Ross, Brinlee Thompson, Abbigale Thompson, Michael James and Lincoln James.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
