He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney H. Cummins and Edna Marie Cummins (Harris); and his siblings, Louis Cummins and Mary Beth Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Ila Ruth Cummins (Foshee); his sons, Dennis Cummins (Quela) of Paris, Dan Cummins (Vicky) of Branch and David L. Cummins (Cecilia) of Subiaco; his grandchildren, Jess Cummins, Chad Cummins, Sidney Cummins, Corey Cummins, David W. Cummins and Stacy Cummins; his great grandchildren, Tina Cummins, Joey Cummins, Landyn Kremers, Ayla Peoples, Baylee Cummins, Carlisle Cummins, MarcEzra Cummins and Amaya Sayavongsa; and his great great grandchild Shayne Smith. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
