He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred P. Dunivan and Nellie Lee Dunivan (Grigery); his wife Janet Marie; and his siblings, Ray, Lee, Johnny Dunivan and Geneva Smith.
He is survived by: his son Fredrick Dunivan of Paragould, Arkansas; and his stepdaughters, Connie Miller (Mike) of Illinois, Linda Eisle (Chad) of Illinois, Donna Cavanaugh (Paul) of Illinois and Laurie Mon of Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
