With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Lincoln Strope Jr. of Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Walter, Sr. Strope; his wife Marvell White Strope; and his siblings, Mack Strope and Louise Dennington. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Strope (Belinda) of Paragould and Linda Songer of Paragould; his grandsons, Shannon Strope (Wendy) of Paragould, Eric Strope of Paragould and Brian Songer of Paragould; and his brothers, Donald Strope (Kathy) of Mammoth Springs and Jerry Strope (Linda) of Paragould. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
