He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Wortham and Marie "Jones" Hayman; his daughter Brynne Lexi Wortham; his sister Donna Howard; and his stepfathers, Robert Hayman and J. C. Gibson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Wortham (Mary) of Paragould, Doug Wortham (Tammy) of Hardy, Jeff Wortham (Penny) of Paragould, Arkansas and Tabitha Wortham-Sweaney of Paragould, Arkansas; and his close friend Lisa Carter. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
