He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy "Tom" James Frederick, Sr. and Ruth Sells Prine; his siblings, Herb, Jack, Pete Frederick, Ruth Busby and Joyce Dudley; and his cousin Ronnie Sells.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his brothers, ZJ Mayberry of Biloxi and Max Mayberry of Piggott; his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Becky, Stacie Ashcraft (John) of Paragould and Shawn DeWitt (Feliz Abalos) of Odessa, Texas; and his great-nephews, Jacob DeWitt of Arlington and Josh Ashcraft of Paragould. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
In his memory, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to Samaritan's Purse or Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, causes close to Tommy's heart.
