He is survived by: his wife Patty Sue Gatlin; his children, Keith Gatlin of Mountain Home, Sherrie Gatlin Werts, Travis Gatlin and Darryl Gatlin; his daughter-in-law Joni Gatlin of Paragould; his grandchildren, Lindsey Hagood, Christopher Worsham, Tabitha Kinnard (Jake Kinnard) of Joseph, Amber Lay (Chris Lay), Emily Wise (Camron Wise) and Elizabeth Blue (Kaitlyne Blue); his great grandchildren, Alexis Terrell, Addie Terrell, Ella Hagood, Tyson Hagood, Jagger Hagood, Katie Kinnard, Kalynn Kinnard, Easton Wise, Mason Wise, Jaycee Evans, Jordyn Evans, Gage Lay, Weston Lay and James Lay; his sisters, Barbara Culp and Linda Tauberschmidt; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Gatlin and Lee Gatlin Wheatley.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Home (321 W Garland St, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Finch Cemetery (788 Greene Rd 715, Paragould, AR 72450).
