She is survived by: her husband Tommy Sikes; her daughter Tammy Sikes McChristian; her grandchildren, Chrystal (Corey Johnston) and Dale (Tarissa McChristian); and her great grandchildren, Alexia Nicole McChristian, Dale Lee McChristian III, Colee Cate J McChristian and Ferrah Lynn D McChristian.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Ruth's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
