He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall; his children, Tommy Hall (LaTonia), Vicky Felty, Christy Cooper (Brent) and Candice Skinner (Delray); his stepchildren, Jodie Horton (John) and David Kirk (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Mikka Dawn Felty, Christopher Cooper, James Cooper, Jessica Cooper, Dorian Skinner, Jackaland Hall, Brooke Hall, Owen Hall, Caleb Dills, Timothy Dills, Luke Dills, Seth Dills, Andrey Dills, Julia Duckworth, Nickolas Kirk (Catherine), Claire Kirk, Jonathan Kirk (KaeMie), Cameron Kirk and Mana Kirk. He is also survived by many friends, patients, and family.
