He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Alvin Skinner and Thelma Skinner; and his wife Helen Skinner. He is survived by: his siblings, DeVon Skinner of Paragould, Wynette Bogue of Paragould and Donna Crosby of Piggott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
