He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Smith; and his sister-in-law Kim Smith. He is survived by: his father David Smith; his daughter Kourtney Lloyd; and his siblings, Keith Smith and Kristi Cole (Scott).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
