She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Blackstone and Jane Rook Blackstone. She is survived by: her husband Larry Pettie of Paragould; and her children, Lindsey, Kelly, Jennifer, Renee and Wendy. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
