With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rayburn Lee Formon of Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on January 5, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leeman Formon and Rachel Formon; and his brother Warren Formon. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Watkins Formon; his children, Amee Tribble (Shannon) of Trumann, AR, Derek Formon (Stacy) of Paragould, AR and Andy Formon (Misty) of Paragould; his grandchildren, Kellie, Allyson, Addison, Kadence, Landon and Riley; and his sister Julie Formon of Leachville, AR..
