It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randi Mullins Foust of Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Melvin Mullins; her siblings, Telissa Smith and Timothy L. Mullins; and her daughter Natalie Foust Brewer. She is survived by: her husband Billy K. Foust; her daughters, Sonya Pinion (Brad) of Gainesville and Christal Tharp (Andy) of Troy, Pennsylvania; her brother-in-law Chuck Smith of Marshall, Arkansas; her sister Christi Foust (Alan) of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Jamie Pinion of Gainesville and Eli Hoggard of Providence, Arkansas; and her nieces and nephews, Zeppelin Tharp of Troy, Cruz Hernandez Brewer of Gainesville, Shalane Slatton (John), Genea Tharp (Timothy) and Seth Yeargain (Lindy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Randi to the Gainesville Cemetery.
