He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mathis; his children, Johnny Mathis and Tina Boswell (Jeff); his grandchildren, Angela Weatherford (Justin), Joseph Boswell, Mikel Mathis and Johnathon Mathis (Caileigh); and his great grandchildren, Cierra, Chloe, Carolina, Caylin, Lacie, Ryker and Sorin.
