He is survived by: his wife Peggy Carr; his daughter Tamie Nicley (Henry) of Paragould; his brother Jimmy Carr (Judy) of Baxter, Tennessee; his cousin Larry Kelley of Plant City, Florida; his niece Kimberly Ewing (John) of Cookville, Tennessee; his nephew Tim Carr (Dana) of Baxter; his grandchildren, Blayne (Kobe) of Paragould, Hailey of Paragould, Abbey of Paragould and Brody Nicley of Paragould; and his caregiver Marsha Miller.
