She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Elvis Butler; her parents, Jasper Cecil Sickler and Rachel Sickler; and her siblings, Jasper Cecil Sickler, Ray Burn Sickler, Millard Sickler (Buddy), Ray Dean Sickler, Betty Lou Camron (Sickler) and Ellen Beatrice Luke (Sickler).
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Ray Butler, Jimmy Allen Butler, Elissa Ann Faulkner (Rick) and Dena Marie Butler; her grandchildren, Robert Shawn Templeton, Brittany Dawn Walker (Phillip) and Crystal Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Austin Walker, Jace Walker and Pierce Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, friends and family.
