She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Emily Stark and Glenna Tidwell; and her uncle Billy Joe Utley. She is survived by: her mother Roselani Utley of Paragould; her daughters, Dessie Utley of Pocahontas and Emily Starr of Reyno; her father Joe Utley; her siblings, Joe Utley of Paragould, James Utley of Des Moines, Iowa and Mele Utley of Paragould; her niece Lana Utley; and her nephew Gavin Fitts.
