He is survived by: his wife Ava Sue Payne; his son James Payne; and his sister June Ann Payne Wright (Larry). He is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (1520 US 49, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
