He was predeceased by: his father Jose Yanez. He is survived by: his wife Oralia Alvarez of Paragould; and his children, Marlin Sipes of California, Jack Sipes of Missouri, Bobby Sipes of Arkansas and Debbie Benner (Scott) of Russellville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
