She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson T. Owens; her parents, Medsker Medsker and Nova Fay Medsker; her son Carl Owens; her grandchildren, Randall Hyde and Marty Brewer; and her brothers, Berley Medsker, Arvil Medsker, Lester Medsker and Robert Medsker.
She is survived by: her children, Wilson S. Owens, Pansy Brewer (Dan), Patsy Evans, Connie Newberry, Virginia Wince, Laura Bonds (David) and Paul Owens; and her siblings, Ozella Harris, Leo Medsker and Major Medsker. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Home (321 W Garland St, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Epsaba Cemetery.
