He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Phillips; his daughters, Amanda Johnson (Seth) and Miranda Ricker (DJ); his grandchildren, Foster, Oliver and Lynden Johnson; and his pets, Rufus Lee, Morris Timothy III and Annie Kate Ricker.
