Jimmy Noel Obituary
Jimmy Wayne Noel, an ardent Cardinals fan and a man beloved by those who knew him, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, in Paragould. He was born on December 17, 1942, in Paragould, to the late Cecil Noel and Bernice Gunn.
