He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Raymond and Hazel Greathouse; his wife Laverne Greathouse; his son Mitchell Rushing; his grandson Kurt Christopher Allen Duke; and his brother Everett Greathouse.
He is survived by: his children, Dollie Hafer of Dixie, Tina Jackson (David) of Paragould and Chris Greathouse (Tammy) of Olatha, Kansas; and his siblings, Winston Greathouse of Paragould and Reba Whiteside of Paragould. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
