She was predeceased by: her parents, John Parrish and Mable Parrish; her husband Earl Gene Howard; and her siblings, Floyd, Lonnie Parrish and Doris Lomerson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Viola Carpenter of Marmaduke and Violet McDaniel of Paragould; her children, Jeanna Howard of Paragould, Cindy Smith (Donald) of Rector and Scotty Howard (Angie) of Enid, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jaya Herren of Paragould, Faith Brown of Paragould, Skyler Gramling of Rector, Hayley Howard of Paragould, Hayden Howard of Paragould, Avery Scout of Enid and Annie Elizandro of Enid; and her great grandchild Rena (Herren).
