He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Watson and Myrtle Watson; his daughter Jackie Ryan; his grandson Anthony Letson; and his brothers, Harold Watson, Bobby Watson and Billy Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Alfreda Watson; his children, Don Watson (Semadawn), Randy Watson and Jeannie Watson (Ted); and his sister Jo Ann Watson Harp (Tom). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
