He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Donald and Opal Christine Batton; his wife Jean Bennett Batton; his sisters, Cheryl Dawn Batton and Mildred Jean Saak; his pet Sugar; and his close friend Honey.
He is survived by: his sisters, Saundra Cecile Hatley of Corning, Karen Batton (Bruce McDuffee) of Paragould and Nadra Brotherton Bennett (Jody) of Harrison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family will provide floral arrangements and request any memorials be made to local Humane Societies.
