He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Troutman and Ora Lee Troutman (Brewington); and his sister Doris Rupard. He is survived by: his wife Sissy Troutman; his sons, Tracy, Kevin Troutman (Nina) and Isaac Howard (Natalie); and his grandchildren, Tyler Troutman, Alexis Troutman and Julie Howard.
