He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Smith; his wife Janice Smith; his brothers, Junior Smith, Curt Smith, Bob Smith, Russell Smith and Donald Ray Smith; his son Kent Smith; and his daughter-in-law Kim Smith.
He is survived by: his children, David Keith Smith and Kristi Cole (Scott); his sisters, Wilma Barr, Loretta Fuller and Carolyn Rowland; his grandchildren, Kobi Rosten (Nick), Sean Smith, Kiana Cate (Boyce), Gage Cole and Kourtney Lloyd; and his great grandchildren, Baylor Rosten, Navie Smith, Koley Cate and Ella Rosten. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
